He is deeply involved in all aspects of product development, from technical architecture to product design, ensuring that our Aeon is innovative, user-friendly, and meets the needs of our customers.
Matt brings 15+ years of leadership experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. He has extensive experience aligning business behind revenue, optimizing strategy, and leveraging labor as a core means of production.

Sami oversees the people experience for MSH. She leads the North America HR team, working closely with both our internal recruiter and HR generalist to ensure that we identify the best fitting candidates for our team and provide a smooth onboarding.
